At CozyComfort, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most eligible furniture items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:

  • The item is in original condition (unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging).

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair


3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team at sales@cozycomfort.co.ukΒ with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Note: Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items based on stock availability. Contact our support team to coordinate an exchange.
