• Mattresses and upholstered furniture must be unopened for hygiene reasons

• Proof of purchase is required

• Custom-made or personalised furniture

• Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

5. Refund Process
